This website is owned and operated by Venzard Ltd. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Purchase Terms of Use.

Venzard Ltd. may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in US dollars and all charges will be processed in US dollars.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Venzard Ltd will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

Service Modification
Venzard Ltd. cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of faults. At times Venzard Ltd. may need to suspend service to correct a fault or for maintenance purposes. Venzard Ltd. will try to restore the service as fast as possible. Venzard Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. Venzard Ltd are not obligated to support or update our service and will not be liable to you or any third party in the event that we exercise our right to modify or discontinue our service and products.

Use of Service
Without limiting other remedies, Venzard Ltd. may limit, suspend, or terminate this license and prohibit access to the Venzard Ltd. website and delete your user with immediate effect, if we think that you are in breach of this agreement, creating problems, possible legal liabilities, acting inconsistently, infringing someone else's intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent, immoral or illegal activities, or for other similar reasons.

Special conditions Venzard Ltd. does not support any emergency calls (eg: 112, 211, 999, 911) as available.

Call Rates
3.1 Each time you use your Venzard Ltd. rate card, the Credit on your Venzard Ltd. rate card will be reduced by the charges incurred, calculated by Venzard Ltd. using the call rates for Venzard Ltd. Rate Cards ("Call Rates"). 3.2 All calls using Venzard Ltd. Rate Card are charged in one second increments, rounded up to the nearest second. 3.3 Call Rates are subject to change at any time. 3.4 Every effort is made to ensure that Call Rates are correct and up to date. Please check the Call Rates for the most up to date rates before you make a call as you will be charged at the then current rates listed at the time you make your call.

Voice Quality
There are the multiple factors which contribute to voice quality at end user side and not all factors that are contributed by Venzard Ltd. Voice quality can be affected due to end user connectivity, last mile internet quality, mobile handset issues and operating system issue. Venzard Ltd. will be responsible to ensure the quality in its own network.

Privacy
Venzard Ltd. is committed to complying with UK legislation governing privacy of personal information by businesses. Venzard Ltd. is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

Security
Credit card payments are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Fraud Prevention
In order to protect you and Venzard Ltd. from fraudulent transactions, Venzard Ltd. may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. Venzard Ltd. also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.

Refund policy
Refund cannot be done by Venzard Ltd. as it's a Post Paid system. In case of any duplicate transactions being charged to the credit card due to fault of Venzard Ltd. payment Gateway, Venzard Ltd. will work with the customers card issuing by the Bank for the reversal of the same within the time period as required by the banking system.
